Successful use of your PASSOLO solution is one of the deciding factors for the success of your localization project as a whole. To facilitate this process, a crew of authorized trainers offer high-quality PASSOLO training courses. In addition to many years of experience, these trainers all have an in-depth understanding of localization best practices and their application as well as detailed know-how in PASSOLO and its integration with other products.

Certified PASSOLO Trainers have demonstrated their qualification as instructors on all the PASSOLO product editions and add-ins and are required to repeat their certification on a yearly basis. They are equipped with all available training materials.

Richard Sikes, MBA, Toronto, Canada
Richard Sikes has been immersed in localization since 1989. He has held a number of Director-level positions for market-leading companies on the client side of the industry and, on the vendor side, was founder and General Manager of the Toronto office of GECAP, which was later acquired by Bowne Global Solutions. He now works as an independent localization consultant based out of Toronto. He is closely associated with The Localization Institute as a Senior Analyst and Advisor where he runs various Roundtable events, contributes and organizes content for conferences, and teaches seminars.
